Submitted:The request has arrived and is being processed by Swiss.

Passenger feedback required:Please open the request and submit the requested information.

Waiting for ambulance data:Please provide the ambulance data in step 3 of the request.

Waiting for payment:To finalize the request, you must complete the payment by contacting the Swiss Service Center and then you must confirm the payment in step 3 of your request.

Request finalized:The medical review is completed and the confirmed services for your flight will be provided.

Request closed:The request has been closed on Swiss side.
